This portal presents health data solely with the intent of providing a health service to patients and their doctors. The health data is retrieved "as is" from primary sources (e.g. Mater Dei Hospital) that are not managed by the administrators of the myHealth service. From time to time, medical image reports may be updated; the version available online is the most up to date. The Medical Imaging Department at Mater Dei Hospital cannot be held responsible for any use of copies or printouts that don’t reflect subsequent updates. Every effort is made to present data on this website accurately but responsibility cannot be accepted for any prejudice, loss or damage which may occur from use of the data. Privacy Policy

Data processing in the myHealth system is in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act (Chapter 586 of the Laws of Malta). The myHealth team is committed to protecting visitor privacy and confidentiality. Personal data in the myHealth system is used only to provide service to the user and for system administration. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties. Please note that the system keeps an audit trail of access and use made of the system, for security and management purposes. If this privacy policy changes, this page will be updated accordingly.

Use of Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website.

The myHealth website uses cookies for the following purposes:

a) Logging In. A cookie is strictly necessary to allow you to log-in and use all website services. This cookie is deleted once you log out of myHealth or close your browser. It does not store any information about yourself or your myHealth preferences and usage.

b) Remembering your language preference. A cookie is required to remember your myHealth website language preference. This cookie is persistent, meaning it is not deleted at the end of your browsing session. It does not store any information about yourself or any of your other myHealth preferences and usage.

c) Another cookie is created when you dismiss the myHealth website cookie notice such that it will not be shown to you again. This cookie is persistent, meaning it is not deleted at the end of your browsing session. It does not store any information about yourself or any of your other myHealth preferences and usage.

d) Doctors’ data exporting preferences. A cookie is required for the system to remember the order of the columns a doctor prefers when exporting data and to remember whether or not to include headers in the file that is generated. This cookie is only created if you are a doctor and you export data. This cookie is persistent, meaning it is not deleted when you close your browsing session. It does not store any information about you, or about any of your other myHealth preferences and usage.
